Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it remains secure and scratch-free during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5 to 7 business days.
